500 Kalamath

In support of Cornerstone Apartment Services growing footprint managing 7,000+ apartment units across central Denver, Points West provided architectural services for the renovation and reuse of a single-story masonry building located at 500 Kalamath Street in Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District.

Working in collaboration with interior designers Clic Design Studio, this project includes a full exterior refresh and envelope upgrade to meet and exceed 2022 Denver Energy Code along with increasing the building’s engagement with the street through the addition of new windows and a revitalized front facade and entry.
