Bitty & Beau’s is more than a cup of coffee. With more than 80% of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities unemployed nationwide, Bitty & Beau’s Coffee creates a path for people with disabilities to become more valued, accepted and included in every community. This mission-first company, recognized nationally by the likes of CNN, The Today Show, and Rachel Ray, opened its first Colorado location in the heart of Boulder along the Pearl Street Mall thanks to the Fetzer Family.

Points West was honored to provide architectural services for the brand to bring this ‘radically inclusive’ organization to Colorado. The project builds community through its mission of providing an employment option for people with diverse needs and every visit is a reminder of the possibility that people of all backgrounds can contribute if given the opportunity. At it’s opening, the project is responsible for employing 25 neurodiverse people and will touch the lives of many more.
